Room change/upgrades

If you have booked with a tour operator/ travel agent; the prices would be as follows:

  • From Standard room to Premium room: 46.20 euros per room per night
  • From Premium room to Family suite (minimum 4 paying guests): 35.70 euros per room per night
  • From Standard to Family Suite (minimum 4 paying guests): 81.90 euros per room per night.

Please contact us if you wish to take the upgrade, always subject to availability.**

  • **For bookings confirmed through a tour operator/ travel agent; The payment of the extra fee of the room change would be requested to be paid direct to the hotel, you may choose if you wish to pay prior to arrival or when checking in to the hotel.
  • In case you wish to pay prior to arrival send us an email so we can send you a secure payment link for you to make a payment online (3D Secured), these can be sent to you up to 1 week before your arrival date, (we can only send one of these links to you each month, once we generate the link it has an expiry date by when it will no longer be active, the maximum it can be created for is 7 days, but this expiry is always conditioned by the reservation check in date, just or you may pay upon arrival during the check in ( full payment is requested at the latest at check in to the complex)
  • *If you have booked directly with us or on our website; if you can find availability on the website for the room type you are wanting to upgrade to, the rate you get on the web will be the price we will be requesting, please contact us straight away so we can make the modification for you as all modifications are subject to availability which is volatile and subject to change without prior notice.

How do I pay my balance?

Although you don’t need to pay the balance until arrival at the hotel if you have booked directly or on our website, it makes it easier at check in to have settled the bill before arrival via secure payment links that can be sent out to your email address.

If you would like to make partial or even full payment of your booking, please get back to us with your booking reference and amount you wish to pay in euros. We will then send you an email with a link to our secure payment gateway (the sender of this email is Redsys) where you will be able to pay by 3D secure debit or credit card. Every time you wish to make a payment you need to contact us, as the links are issued manually for you each time.

As we strive to reduce our reply time and also due to system limitations, we are unable to take more than one payment link per month (in the case that you are making partial payments)

Modifications

If you have booked through a tour operator, please contact them as we can not make any changes from our side to their bookings as per our contract agreement. If you have booked directly with us , please give us your booking reference (create a ticket or email to booking@clubmac.es) so we can check the modification for you. We will inform you of the new price if it is different, before making any changes.

How can I add a person to my booking?

In order to add a person, please ensure first that the person fits in the room. The standard and premium rooms can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children up to 14 years or three adults and one child. The family room has a minimum capacity of five people with a maximum of 3 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and 3 children. It is considered as a baby up to 1 year old included. Babies do not pay and the cot is free, but they count as a child for room occupancy.

Please create a ticket with your booking reference and the age of the person you need to add and we will offer a quote with the extra price to be paid.

Cancellation

If you have booked with a tour operator, you will need to cancel your holiday with them. Please check their cancellation policy as well as your terms and conditions.

If you have booked directly with us or on our website, we offer free cancellation until the day before arrival, even if you have already paid for your holiday partially or in full.

If you have booked on our website, please go to your booking confirmation and click on the red link that says Manage Your Booking.

If you don’t have the booking confirmation, please email us to booking@clubmac.es so we can send you a copy.

If you have booked directly with us (over the phone) please email us to ask us to cancel your booking for you.

On this last two cases we will issue the refund manually.

Refunds should take between 3 days and 3 weeks to be effective in your bank, it depends on each bank the exact time it takes.

Can I change the dates on my booking?

If you have booked with a tour operator, you will need to contact them as this is a term of our contract agreement.

For bookings made directly or on our website, please create a ticket with the new dates and we will inform you if it would be possible and if there is any increase or decrease in price. We do not charge a fee for modifications but if rate has increased or decreased this will be quoted to you accordingly, then we shall be awaiting your confirmation to proceed to make the modifications.

Rooms together

Unfortunately we do not have any interconnecting rooms nor can we guarantee rooms next to each other. Cost for rooms on the same floor is 15 euros per booking reference. Please email us at booking@clubmac.es and we will take your request for rooms as close as possible to each other, these requests are always subject to availability on allocation, as per hotel policy. The cost will only be charged at check in if the request is granted.

How much is the government’s tourist tax?

Majorca will support more than 16 million tourists this year on an island of 1.200.000 inhabitants. In order to help counteract the effect that all these tourists have in the natural resources of this island, the government introduced a tourist tax to help with the economic costs.

The tourist tax, which helps support the impact that tourism has on the natural resources of the island, costs 2.20 euros per adult aged 16 and above per night. Children don’t pay. If you are staying for more than 8 nights, the tax is reduced to half from the 9th night onwards.

Do I need to bring the card I have paid the deposit with?

No, you don’t have to bring the card with you as our payment gateway is secure and will have requested identification at the time of payment already. Same happens with any further payments you might have made afterwards via the links sent by email.

Do I get my deposit back if I cancel?

Yes, as long as it is a direct booking, the deposits are refunded if you cancel at least 1 day before arrival. Once we received your cancellation, either via ticket if you have booked direct or via the website, we will proceed to make a manual return of the deposit paid.

If this is an agency booking their T&C advised at the time of booking apply, you will have to reach out to them directly for any requests or assistance.

Do I have to pay the balance with the same card?

No, it can be with another card or in cash.

Make a request

If you wish to request a specific room such as low floor, high floor, particular views, or a specific building, please be aware that there will be an administrative fee of 25 euros for each request. For corner rooms, the fee is 50 euros, and for rooms on the same floor, the fee is 15 euros per booking reference.

Please note the following definitions for floor preferences:

  • Low floor: Floors 1 to 4 (there are no ground floor rooms at Club Mac)
  • Middle floor: Floors 5 and 6
  • High floor: Floors 7 to 10

It is important to understand that while we strive to fulfill all special requests, they cannot be guaranteed. The respective fee will only be charged if your request is successfully granted.

Making a Booking

What is not free at Club Mac?

Please note that the water park is not owned by the hotel and that our agreement with them is only for free entrance. Drinks, food or sunbeds are therefore payable there.

In order to be able to offer a better experience, we outsource certain areas of the complex to third parties who carry out their businesses within our complex. These are: arcade machines, pedalos in the lake after 1pm, boats in the lake, pool tables, Fun World, mini jeeps for children, boungy jumping, t-shirt for the t-shirt painting activity, pony rides, ESA soccer academy ( esasoccer.co.uk ), professional photo services, night stalls, hairdressing services and massage area services.

Also within the complex we offer the following services with an extra charge: washing machines and dryers, anything sold in the hotel shop, late check out, cakes for birthdays, upgrades, lockers for valuables, drinks at the VIP bar.

Standard rooms do not include certain services that are included in the premium rooms or family suites. Of all those services, Fun World ride tickets, pool towels, discount voucher and branded drinks can be purchased at reception, in the Marte building, as a package if you are in a standard room, it is called Gold Package.

We believe that all these services help our guests have a full experience without having to leave the resort at all and be able to enjoy the all-inclusive food and drink to the maximum.

Can I book a room for 6 people?

No sorry, our biggest room, the family suite, has a maximum capacity of 5 people including babies. You would need to book two rooms. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they would be next to each other but we can note the request for rooms as close as possible to each other for a cost of 15 euros per booking reference, this request is subject to availability on allocation. Please note there are no interconnecting rooms at Club Mac. The cost will only be charged on arrival if the requests has been granted.

How much payment is required to make a booking?

If you book directly or on our official website, we require only a 10% of the total booking rate as the deposit, the rest can be paid on arrival at the hotel. Of course, if you wish, you can create a ticket to make further payments via secure payment links that we can generate manually for you, we always need to know the exact fee in € / euro that you wish to pay. Please note the link usually expires in 7 days. We can send you one of these links each month, up to 5 days prior to arrival, any pending balance upon arrival at the hotel can be paid during check in, with cash or card (debit or credit, but must have either: Mastercard, Visa or Maestro logo on it)

When paying via the secure payment links; Once our system confirms receiving the payment you will receive a confirmation email from us, this can take up to 24hrs.( 72hrs during weekends)

Can I pay in Sterling?

Please note that the amount shown on the website in euros is the price, we allow you to see the price in other currencies as an orientation, but please take into account that the exchange rate will be decided by your credit card provider. We are aware some providers offer you the option to choose the currency you pay in, but we do not have the possibility to offer this from our side.

Do you have single rooms?

We do not have any single rooms, our website prices for single occupancy are the same price as double occupancy, as that is the minimum occupancy required for any of our rooms, except the Family Suits, for Family suites the minimum occupancy is 4 paying guests.

What cards are accepted on your website?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro. Please note that your card must be 3D Secure, meaning that you have to enter a password to confirm your identity with your card issuer. If accepted, you can then complete the booking.

We guarantee the privacy of the data transferred via the Internet using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) standard protocol. Also there is a safe storage of data through compliance with Visa and Mastercard standards (known as PCI DSS)

Can I cancel free?

In case of direct bookings: Despite the fact that we require a deposit of 10% of the total booking rate to make a booking, if you cancel at least 1 day before your confirmed arrival date, you will be refunded your deposit and any other additional payments you might have already paid. This is one of the main advantages of booking direct!

What is your children’s age policy?

When booking directly with us; Children are considered to be between the ages of 2 and 14 years old, both ages included. Babies under 2 years of age don’t pay. If you have a child over 2 that requires a cot you just need to request this on the registration on line form, if you have confirmed a baby under 2 years old is travelling, the cot will be automatically placed in the room for you. Cots are free of charge.

Please note that all our guests under 18 years old, will be given All inclusive bracelets that don’t have access to the consumption of alcohol, this is in compliance with local law.

From which date should I book if I am arriving in the middle of the night?

You should book from the day before if you wish to check in during the night, even if it is already a new date, because check in starts at 2pm. If you book from the actual day of arrival, you won’t be allowed to check in until 2 pm.

I can’t find availability on your website, have you got any rooms available?

Please, take into account that all the availability is always on our official website. If a certain room type does not come up on your search or if you don’t get any availability at all it means it is fully booked but the website will give you the option to leave your email so you get notified if there is availability again for your search.

Also, please take into account that there is a minimum stay required on certain dates. The system will inform if that is the case.

Do you have rooms addapted for the handicapped?

No, unfortunately we don’t. The width of the doors of our bedrooms are of 67cm wide for the door to the corridor and 55cm for the door to the bathroom. Also there is no space for a wheelchair to maneuver comfortably around the beds.

Do you have a lift for double buggies?

Yes, the panoramic lift at the Jupiter building can fit a double buggy. Please email us to booking@clubmac.es to request to stay at the Jupiter building, always subject to availability on allocation. This has a cost of 25 euros and is only charged at reception if the request is finally granted.

How many lifts is there?

We have 6 lifts in the Saturno building, 2 lifts in the Marte building and 7 lifts in Jupiter, one of these 7 is a large panoramic one that can hold a double buggy.

Loyalty discount

If you have stayed with us before we offer you a 5% discount on your next booking. Please email us with a name, surname and date of birth the repeating guest, that has stayed before and we will verify we have this and then give you access to our loyalty Mac Lovers club so you can make your own bookings on our website with discount applied.

Prices for children

Children between 2 and 14 years old pay between 12 and 20 euros per night, depending on the dates.

Can I book a short stay?

Club Mac has minimum stays. Normally we require a minimum stay of 3 nights from the 1st to the 22nd of May and all of October. 5 nights are required from the 23rd of May to the 15th of September and 4 nights from the 16th to the 30th of September. This can vary to more or less nights than the established above depending on the demand for certain dates. If you wish you can always contact us to booking@clubmac.es to request if a shorter stay would be possible.


Arrivals and Departures

Will there be any food available if I arrive late?

We have a restaurant open for late dinner (fast food style) until midnight. After that there is tea, coffee, water and juices from the 24 hours machines located in the halls of the buildings. There are also vending machines available in the halls.

If you have booked a premium room or family suite, there will be a few drinks left in the mini fridge of your room upon your arrival, there is also a kettle in the room (please note that no tea or coffee is provided)

How can I speed up the check in process?

Before arrival you can email us and we will send you a personalised link for your booking where you will be able to give us all your details and save time at reception. On arrival, please make sure you take a ticket from a machine located near the entrance of the Marte building. It will give you a turn ticket so you don’t have to wait in line. Please keep an eye on the screens for your number for and the right desk. There is a 24 hours coffee corner near reception where you can already pick up a cup of coffee, tea, juices and water while you wait.

Please have your voucher ready in your hand, together with the passports of all the people in your party, including children. Make sure you all go along to reception as we need everybody at the desk. Have the money for the tourist tax ready for payment. Remember that it is 2.20 euros per adult aged 16 and above per night, kids don’t pay. From the 9th night onward, the price is reduced to half.

What time is check in?

Check in is from 2pm. If you arrive earlier, please come to the reception desk in the Marte building and we will do the paperwork and give you access to our complimentary luggage room and we will explain the details of the changing rooms and showers you will be able to use. Please note we don’t issue any all inclusive bracelets before 11am without exceptions.

At what time do we have to check out?

Check out is at 11am. If your flight is later, please note that you will be able to keep your all inclusive bracelets and make use of all the facilities, restaurants, bars, waterpark, etc. There is a luggage room and showers and changing facilities at your disposal for further details please speak to the reception team in the Marte building.

Will reception be open during the night?

Yes, our reception is manned 24/7 so you can check in at any hour of the day or night. Please note the booking must be confirmed for the previous day in case of arriving late at night or even in the early morning hours. this is due to the hotel policy, meaning check in is always from 2pm onwards of the date booked for arrival.

For example: if you arrive at 01.00am on the 3rd the date of check in must be the 2nd, otherwise, if you book the 3rd, you would need to wait from 01.00am until 2pm to be able to check in to your room.

Can we book a late check out?

Late check out is only confirmed the day before departure subject to availability. If a late check out was not possible, you can still enjoy all the facilities, all inclusive food and drink, water park and of course, luggage room and changing facilities.

Please come to the reception desk after 6pm of the day before departure to request the check out.

If confirmed, prices for a late check out are:

Until 6pm: 32.50 euros

Until midnight: 45.50 euros

2025

Until 6pm: 34 euros

Until midnight: 47.75 euros

Can I book from the next day if I arrive after midnight?

Unfortunately not. A night book runs from 2pm to 11am the next day, so if you booked from the day after, you would not be able to check in until 2pm that day.

Please be informed that even if you arrive late at night you will have to be charged full daily rate.

Can we enjoy the all inclusive after check out?

After 11am, you can put your luggage in our secure luggage room until you leave, enjoy all the facilities and the all inclusive and even go to the water park. At the end of your day, we can provide you with a courtesy room to shower and change before you leave. Towels can be borrowed for the showers at reception, against deposit. Another option is a late check-out depending on availability and at a cost.

We have a early flight, can we have an early breakfast?

Please inform reception the day before and the restaurant will open a bit earlier for you. Earliest opening time is 6am on special cases, only continental breakfast.

Can we exchange currency at the hotel?

Club Mac offers currency exchange at reception. Please note it is subject to a 2% commission on cash , with a minimum commission of 2.50 euros. We only exchange cash, no checks accepted.
