Once you have already paid your 10% deposit, pending balance can be paid on arrival at the hotel during check in.
Once your card details have been tokenized, any future payments you request associated with your booking can be processed automatically without the need for additional authorization. If you need to make further payments for any reason, all you have to do is contact us with your booking reference and the amount you wish to pay, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you would like to pay this before arrival at the hotel just email us to booking@clubmac.es with know how much you would like to pay, as you can pay either partially or in full, telling us the exact amount in Euros you would like to pay and we shall send you a link to proceed to the requested payment online. Please note the link expires after 24hrs.
Online payments can be made up to 7 days before arrival at the hotel.
Additionally, we offer the flexibility of setting up a payment plan tailored to your needs. If you would like to explore this option, please contact us with dates and amounts in Euros to be charged for each of the dates.
