- Our complex is for guests only. We don’t allow entry from anyone from outside the complex for your own safety, therefore please always wear your all inclusive bracelet throughout your stay.
- If you hear the fire alarm, please leave the building through the nearest exit and follow the staff’s instructions. Always take time on arrival to find where this exit is in the panel behind your room door.
- Never leave children unattended. Kids are not allowed in the adult’s pools without an adult.
- Swimming in the lakes is not allowed.
- Swimming in the pools when the lifeguards are not present is at your own risk. Swimming out of hours is not allowed, remember pools are filled with chemicals at the end of the day and these are damaging to your skin.
- Diving in the pools is not allowed. Although we do allow the use of lilos, we can refuse them if there are so many that it becomes a danger to other swimmers.
- The Spanish law forbids the use of laser pens. Please do not buy these items and mostly do not give them to children.
- Alcohol is not served to under 18s. Also we refrain from serving alcohol to people that seem intoxicated.
- If you have any problems please always resort to our guest satisfaction team in the hall of the Marte building from 9am to 6pm.
