Booking and upgrading your reservation

The best way to book your holiday at Club MAC is direct with us via our website. If you decide to go this route, then you just need to book flights separately when they are at their cheapest.

Booking this way means you only need to pay a 10% deposit, and the balance can be paid when you arrive at the hotel. If you prefer, you can also clear the balance before your holiday starts. Bear in mind we have no single rooms at all at the resort, and our single occupancy bookings are the same price as double.

The biggest room we offer is the family suite, which holds up to five. This includes babies, so if you are a bigger party, you will need to book two rooms. Club MAC considers children as between the ages of two and 14. Babies under two are free of charge, and all children under 18 are given bracelets that do not allow them to get alcohol.

To find out availability, go to our official website. If you find nothing comes up for specific dates you put in, this means we are fully booked.

 

How to upgrade if you have booked direct or with a tour operator

If you have booked a Standard room on our website and would like to upgrade to a Premium or Family room, please drop us an email. If you book through a tour operator, you will need to check with them direct. If they can’t modify your booking, then upgrades are subject to availability on arrival.

Similarly, if you have booked directly with us or on our website, then search for the room type you wish to upgrade to. There you’ll find the price of the room, and then you just need to drop us an email at booking@clubmac.es and we’ll modify your booking.

For cancellations, if you have booked with Club MAC direct then you are entitled to cancel the booking right up until the day before you’re due to arrive. Either contact us directly, or if you booked on our website, go to the confirmation and click on ‘manage my booking’. We’ll refund your money manually when we received your cancellation – it will then take the usual couple of days to reach your account.

If you want to cancel and you’ve booked with a tour operator, you need to contact them. They will have their own cancellation policy and conditions which will apply.

 

Differences between standard, premium and family rooms

Premium and family suites have extras within the all-inclusive price. You can see the differences between all the rooms here. If you would like to keep your standard room but want to experience the extras from the premium and family packages, that’s no problem. Just book the Gold package, which gives you similar extras, which include pool towels against a deposit, 15% off voucher for the on-site shop, branded alcohol at the bars and entrance to Fun World every day from 10am and 6pm.

Fun World is run by an external company and therefore isn’t included in the standard all-inclusive package, but with the Gold package your kids can use it every day if they want to without an extra cost between 10am and 6pm. Prices for the Gold package for 2019 are 10 Euros per adult and 5 Euros per child per day. The maximum age for kids prices may vary between 13 or 14 depending on when you booked.
