Functioning of the booking
Booking offer and price reference
In compliance with the current regulations and, in particular the law 34/2002 of services of the information society and electronic commerce, TRIAUNO SL offers in the corresponding section for the formalization of the reservation, information on all possible bookings, their characteristics and prices. However, TRIAUNO SL reserves the right to withdraw, replenish or change the offers offered to its customers through its website, by simply changing the content of the same. In this way, the products and/or services offered at any time by the website of TRIAUNO SL will be governed by the general conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company will have the power to cease offering, without prior notice and at any time, the access to the products and/or services mentioned.
Indication of prices
Availability
The availability of the offers made by TRIAUNO SL through its website can vary depending on the demand of the customers. Although TRIAUNO SL updates the database periodically, the allotment requested by the customer could be sold out at that time. In this case, TRIAUNO SL shall send an e-mail to the customer informing them of the impossibility of the availability of the offer.
Forms of payment
TRIAUNO SL requests in the reservations through its web page, the data of a credit card and card holder name to guarantee the effectiveness of the same.
TRIAUNO SL informs that the form of payment will be determined at the time of displaying the offers.
Reservations with deposit
The hotel will charge you a deposit when making the booking, via the bank’s payment gateway.
Also, if the customer requests, the reservation can be paid before the check in by bank transfer or by card via PHONE & SELL – BANCO DE SABADELL.
The invoice corresponding to the reservation will be issued directly at the establishment. Also the balance can be paid at the hotel on arrival, either in cash or by credit or debit card.
Bank transfer
When requesting payment of the balance by bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail with the bank data of the hotel.
It is very important that, when making the transfer, you indicate in the subject the reference number, as well as your name and arrival date, and make the transfer within 3 days after the date of confirmation.

We remind you that the payment has to be made in Euros and that all the eventual exchange and banking commissions are at your own cost.
In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer, your always communicate to your bank that the charges of commissions in origin, corresponds to you and not the receiver. If not, Mac Hotels could paralyze the contracted service if the full amount is not received.
The possible exchange and banking commissions are charged to the client.
Reservations from travel agents
When a booking is made by a travel agency, a 10% deposit must be made, via credit card or bank transfer. Balance can be paid by the agency at least 7 days prior to arrival or by the guest on arrival at the hotel.
For those guests who enjoy additional or extra services, they must pay at the time of consumption or contracting of the services.
Booking confirmation
Once the booking has been made, you will inmediately receive a confirmation voucher to your email. The confirmation must be kept and presented on paper at the hotel on arrival. The Guest must check that the booking has been made correctly (dates and number of adults and children, who must not be over the age of 14 at the time of check out). The hotel will not be held responsible for any mistakes. In case of discrepancies, the guest will have to pay the price difference at the hotel on arrival.
Arrival and departure times
Rooms can be occupied from 2pm. If you are arriving very late to the hotel, please email us in advance. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the check out date.
Booking modification
The booking can be modified up to 24 hours prior to the check in date, via email to booking@mac-hotels.com
or by phone to +34 971 891312, always indicating the booking reference. The success of the modification will depend on the availability of TRIAUNO SL at the time of the request.
Curtailment
If during your stay you decide to leave to hotel before check out date, the hotel will charge a one night penalty on top of the nights you have already stayed.
Cancellation of the booking
Payment of a deposit: if the cancellation is made until 23:59 of the day before the reservation, the establishment will not charge anything else and proceed to refund the deposit. If the cancellation is made after 23:59 or in case of no show, the deposit will not be returned.
Travel agency rates: if the cancellation is made until 23:59 of the day before the reservation, the establishment will not charge anything else and proceed to refund the deposit. If the cancellation is made after 23:59 or in case of no show, the deposit will not be returned.
Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 103 of law 3/2014 of 27th March which amends the revised text of the General law for the defence of consumers and users, supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
TRIAUNO SL’s obligations
To put at the client’s disposal the number of rooms, of the type and with the occupation established in the booking made.
If, for circumstances beyond the client’s control, the hotel failed to keep the obligation to have the rooms contracted available, the hotel will provide accommodation in an establishment of the same or superior official category and similar characteristics, taking care of the difference in price, transfer expenses and any other charges involved due to the lack of the contracted service.
To guarantee the quality of the services given, according to the official category and to be responsible for any claims as a consequence of any deficiencies found and proven in the services.
To have a complaint’s book at the client’s disposal.
Reserved right of admission
Club Mac, acting reasonably at all times, reserves the right to refuse admission, ban from entry or remove from the complex any person (whether a guest or another person invited on to the complex) whose presence or behaviour may affect the enjoyment and/or safety of other guests or staff, or who acts in an inappropriate and/or undesirable manner or causes civil unrest within Club Mac; uses violent, aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or insulting words or behaviour or in any way behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace; has initiated in the past legal proceedings against Club Mac, climbs on stands stages, fences, barriers, walls, balconies or any other structures within the complex without prior authorisation or breaks the rules established by the complex. This could result in permanent exclusion from booked accommodation and all services and facilities and no refunds will be given for any lost payments or holiday time and no payment will be made for any alternative accommodation or early flights home that may become necessary.
Club Mac reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings or prosecute any person found damaging or defacing any part of the grounds, fences, barriers, walls, exhibits, fabrics or buildings or displaying any sign or visible representation of any kind which is, or could be reasonably judged to be, threatening, abusive or insulting or previously acting in any manner which might have caused any person to report that individual to Club Mac; or who may attempt to regain admission to Club Mac or has been found inside Club Mac without a valid all-inclusive bracelet. If any guest is in breach of any of these conditions is a member of a party, then such party of individuals may also, at Club Mac’s discretion, be denied entry or escorted from Club Mac without any right to compensation.
Behaviour and Conduct Policy
You must show consideration for your neighbours, our staff and other guests. Please treat our accommodation and facilities with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them . Unnecessary noise or any rowdy behaviour (particularly at night time) which is likely to cause annoyance to other guests or confusion of any kind is not permitted in any part of the complex. Offensive or illegal conduct or behaviour will not be tolerated and could lead to eviction from Club Mac without any refund or compensation. Smoking (including of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the buildings and specified outdoor areas (Dragon pool and mini club).
Any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or that, under the influence of alcohol neglects the proper care of any minors under his or her care, may be escorted from the complex without any right to a refund. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and any persons found possessing, using or who appears to be under the influence of illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted and excluded from the complex without any right to a refund. CCTV cameras are used to assist in the proper running of the complex. However, we do not make any representation as to the extent of coverage provided by the cameras.
We reserve the right to recover from you any compensation, damages and legal costs we may pay to other guests as a result of your actions, or any damage caused to Club Mac. We also reserve the right to join in any offending guest to any legal action commenced by another guest which includes loss and damage attributable to any misconduct by yourselves or associated guests.
Data Protection
In accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on protection of personal data, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the treatment system owned by TRIAUNO SL with CIF B28278885 and registered office located at GREMI TINTORERS 25a 07009, PALMA DE MALLORCA (ILLES BALEARS), in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfil the commitments made between the two parties. In compliance with the current regulations, TRIAUNO SL informs that the data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to comply with the above precepts.
As long as you do not communicate otherwise, we will understand that your data has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any variation and that we have your consent to use them for the aforementioned purposes.
TRIAUNO SL informs that it will proceed to treat the data in a lawful, loyal, transparent, appropriate, pertinent, limited, accurate and up-to-date manner. That is why TRIAUNO SL agrees to take all reasonable measures to be abolished or rectify without delay when they are inaccurate.

You may contact the competent supervisory authority to submit the claim you deem appropriate.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Also, TRIAUNO SL reserves the right to present civil or penal actions that it considers appropriate for the misuse of its website and contents or for the breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by current and applicable regulations in the Spanish territory. If any controversy arises, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competition in this respect. TRIAUNO SL is based in ILLES BALEARS, Spain.
