Preparing for your holiday is exciting, but if it’s your first visit, you may have a few questions. This guide is designed for first-time visitors to Club MAC Alcudia, covering everything from check-in to dining, activities, and essential facilities to ensure a smooth start to your holiday.
This post is all about what to expect when you arrive at Club MAC Alcudia for the first time. We have many returning guests at our resort, including those who have been coming for a long time, but for first-timers, here’s some information to reassure you.
What First-Time Visitors to Club MAC Alcudia Should Expect
When you arrive at our reception area, our guest services team will check you in. This process is always as quick as possible but do bear in mind that if there are lots of people arriving at once, there can be a slight wait.
Rest assured that the team will always try to get your check-in sorted as quickly as possible, no matter what time you arrive. Our reception area is open 24 hours a day and there is always a member of staff on hand.
Finding your room
As soon as you have been fitted with your All-Inclusive wristband, we will allocate your room number and tell you which hotel building you’re staying in. We have three hotel buildings at Club MAC Alcudia: Marte, Jupiter and Saturno.
Booking directly with Club MAC online or over the phone or email is the easiest, quickest and most cost-effective way to book your holiday. All you need to do is pay a 10% deposit to hold your booking, and then you can pay the balance either before you arrive or on arrival. By booking directly, you are then free to choose your own flight times separately.
Facilities information
When you know your building and room number, the reception team will tell you how to reach your building. You’ll be given all kinds of extra information, including which floor your room is on, and where other facilities can be found.
The receptionist will answer your questions. You can also use our web app to learn everything about the resort. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions at this stage. We want you to feel welcome and happy upon arrival. The guest services team is always happy to help.
There are unusual facilities such as the laundry room, ironing room, children’s soft play area and how to get to the Kids Club in the Dragon House. Look out also for the shooting area and the sand court behind the Dragon House, as well as many other facilities.
Hidropark and restaurants
Other information on the webapp will be eating times at the restaurants. There is a restaurant in each of the hotels, as well as a burger bar and a Wagon Pizza. You can eat breakfast and dinner at any of the three buildings, and there are various themed nights throughout the week. Note that Marte is closed at lunchtimes, but there is plenty on offer at Saturno and Jupiter’s restaurants.
Information on the Hidropark, including opening hours, is also provided here. Entrance is free, and you can visit the Hidropark as much as you like during your stay. However, this does not include food or drinks inside the waterpark. You can return to Club MAC for meals. Club MAC is just across the road. You can also buy food at the park with a 10% discount using your bracelet.
Cleaning and servicing your room
At Club MAC, we are concerned with the environmental impact of our services. Therefore, we don’t automatically change towels and sheets every day when servicing the room. If you want your sheets changed, please leave the sign clearly visible. You’ll find the sign on your desk in the room. If you want your towels changed, please leave the dirty items in the bath or shower.
It’s good to talk
If you want to talk to anyone on reception, please dial ‘9’, or you can always pop along to the Guest Satisfaction department in the Jupiter building. Don’t forget to check the Club MAC webapp for all the entertainment information, menu for the day and bus timetables.
We look forward to welcoming you to Alcudia!
